Programs for all ages
I offer both presentations and workshops for any and all age groups, from kindergarten through adults, and with mixed ages as well. Workshops can focus on writing, illustrating, or both. My most popular presentations are geared to elementary and middle school age groups. I am eager to adapt my presentation or workshop content to any group’s requirements.I am interested primarily in school and library visits, but am also open to the possibility of residencies.

Program Description
My presentations feature live full-color drawing demonstrations, high-energy readings with attention-grabbing voices and sound effects, questions and answers, and unforgettable advice that will get young writers running for their pencils: how to come up with ideas, giving characters voices, putting conflict at the heart of a story, and gearing up for the all important rewrite! All artwork is suitable for framing and gifted to the venue. Books cheerfully autographed, sketches included.

Group Size: No restrictions. From the smallest to the largest groups, I’m happy to present to anyone.

Fees: Always negotiable—I really hate to turn anyone down, so all efforts will be made to keep things within your budget. For specifics, please inquire.
