Mentorship Program
Every year, SCBWI-MI offers a mentorship with an experienced author or illustrator for one of our unpublished members. The 2011 program is for picture book writing. Ryan Hipp is the coordinator; more info to be announced soon.

• Make sure your author information is up-to-date at our website. If you are not listed, fill out the form.
• Are you eligible for our "New Books" section? Let webmistress Diane Telgen know (editor AT kidsbooklink DOT org)!
• Apply for our speaker list with this application
• Read extensively at the SCBWI website, especially the article "10 Ways to Support a First Book" by Aaron Shepard
