However, we give you a byline for articles, art, and photos. You retain full rights to your work and can include SCBWI-Michigan News as a publication credit. The editors reserve the right to hold a submission for publication in a future issue, to edit for grammar, and/or to reject a submission for any reason. If you would like to retract a submission that we are holding for future publication, please notify the editor before the next submission deadline.
